BIOS Managing Partners: Stuart A. Jamieson, is a Managing Director of Radius Partners, and is responsible for leading acquisition efforts as well as playing a major role in the financial, operational, marketing/sales efforts and foreign outsourcing for portfolio companies. For the eight years prior to joining Radius, Mr. Jamieson was Managing Director of The Stamford Capital Group, a Private Equity/Buyout Fund specializing in acquisitions, break-ups, reorganizations, turnaround of distressed entities, leveraged buyouts, and consolidations of middle-market manufacturing and distribution companies. He managed all aspects of over 70 buy and sell transactions valued in excess of $6.5 billion, most notably Clark-Schwebel, Inc., Great Dane Holdings, Falcon Building Products and Fiberite Holdings. His specific transactional skills include target identification and valuation, financial and legal due diligence, transaction structuring & negotiation, as well as financing the transactions. His post acquisition responsibilities include financial and operational hands-on interim management, Board of Director/Chairman positions, evaluation of add-on acquisitions, establishing foreign sourcing, divestitures, strategic planning, financing, and growth and exit strategies of portfolio companies. Prior to joining Stamford Capital, Mr. Jamieson had 14 years of financial, operational, and special project experience, both domestic and international, with such companies as AIG, United Technologies, Litton Industries and The Singer Company. He focused primarily on corporate restructurings, M&A, re-engineering, forensic accounting, litigation support, cash management and internal/financial auditing. He began his career with the public accounting firm of Ernst & Young. Mr. Jamieson received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Bryant College, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is also a member of the AICPA, ABI, TMA and FENG.
Richard A. Izzi is a Managing Director of Radius Partners. He has served in numerous senior executive capacities including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Director, and also as a founder of a successful Internet technology company. Mr. Izzi’s background includes over nine years with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he co-founded the High Technology / Business Development Practice and provided Transaction Advisory Services to clients on a variety of M&A transactions including the acquisition by W.R Grace of Video Tape Retailers, Inc., the acquisition and subsequent IPO of Gartner Group and IBM’s divestiture of The Rolm Company to Siemens AG. As a member of Jos E. Seagram’s Corporate Finance team Mr. Izzi participated in numerous transactions including the $300 million acquisition of the Dole fruit juice operations and the $5.7 billion acquisition and restructuring of Universal Studios, including three years as an executive in an operating capacity at Universal’s Los Angeles headquarters. Mr. Izzi has also participated in several major motion picture film finance transactions. Most recently Mr. Izzi was Co-founder and COO of an Internet technology company where he successfully negotiated the acquisition and oversaw the subsequent integration of Digital Signature Trust. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, integrations, reengineering, restructurings, operational effectiveness, strategic planning, and investor relations in both public and private ownership structures. Mr. Izzi received his Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from Duquesne University, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Izzi is a member of the AICPA and holds a Six Sigma certification.
Anthony Navitsky is a Managing Director of Radius Partners. He over sees the Partnership’s and portfolio companies financial affairs, as well as the development of financial modeling and analysis. He has served in numerous senior financial executive positions: Chief Financial Officer, Director, Executive Vice President Finance, Treasurer and Controller, including 17+ years with Great American Management and Investment, Inc. and its Affiliates (“GAMI”) a multi- billion-dollar publicly-traded conglomerate with diverse holdings in Industrial Manufacturing, Agricultural Chemicals and Financial Services business groups. In his various capacities within the organization, he participated in over 40 acquisitions and 30 divestitures, raised over $1.9 billion in public financing; sourced, negotiated and syndicated senior financings ranging from $5 million to $450 million and completed two successful IPO’s. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, business unit integrations, restructurings, operational effectiveness, divestitures, legislative initiatives, SEC compliance and reporting, strategic planning, financing, treasury operations, capital markets, investor relations and risk management for domestic and international businesses in both public and private ownership structures. Most recently Mr. Navitsky served as the Chief Financial Officer of a private equity investment holding company, focused on niche businesses including energetic materials and energy transfer systems in the Aerospace/Defense Industry. Prior to joining GAMI he spent five years in the audit practice of Laventhol & Horwath in Chicago. Mr. Navitsky received his Bachelors of Science degree in Commerce from DePaul University in 1978. He is a Certified Public Accountant, an active member of FEI, ACG, TMA and a member of the AICPA.

Legal, accounting, tax and other professional services advice is critical to specific aspects of adding value to a company being considered for acquisition or developing and executing a comprehensive plan for restructuring of an acquired company. Professional Advisors are summarized below: Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw is one of the most active law firm with respect to the number of private equity and venture capital funds it has negotiated and structured on behalf of general partners and limited partners. It represents both domestic and foreign corporations and their financial advisors in all facets of mergers and acquisitions, including asset acquisitions and dispositions, leveraged buyouts, equity purchases and sales, consent solicitations and reorganizations. Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw have and will assist Radius in developing and implementing strategic acquisitions. In addition, the firm may assist Radius and its portfolio companies in other legal matters. Crowe Chizek has been engaged as the auditor and tax advisor for the Radius, and will provide other services on an as needed basis. The company is a leading provider of assurance, consulting, risk management, tax and technology services to large and middle market public companies and large privately-held businesses. As the 8th largest firm in the U.S. and leading North American member of Horwath International, Crowe Chizek can provide expertise and resources that scale to international proportions. Duff & Phelps Transaction Advisory Services, performs acquisition structuring, operational and financial due diligence, post acquisition planning, and other merger and acquisition-related services including appraisal and valuation services, cost segregation analysis, fairness opinions and business process solutions for private equity firms, investment banks and commercial organizations. They will provide Radius with information related to contemplated transactions so that it can make informed business decisions. The personnel from Duff & Phelps have worked with the Partners of Radius for eight successful years. Reed Smith Sachnoff & Weaver represents many of the world’s leading companies in complex litigation and other high-stakes disputes, cross-border and other strategic transactions, and crucial regulatory matters. With lawyers from coast-to-coast in the United States, as well as in the United Kingdom, continental Europe, and the Middle East, Reed Smith is known for its experience across a broad array of industry sectors. Based on the results of a survey of large and Fortune 1000 in-house counsel, the BTI Consulting Group ranked Reed Smith among the top 5 firms for client service. Reed Smith has will assist Radius in developing and implementing strategic acquisitions. In addition, the firm may assist Radius and its portfolio companies in other legal matters. Herrick, Feinstein LLP, With more than 175 attorneys, Herrick, Feinstein provides a full range of legal services to businesses and individuals around the world. They combine broad legal expertise with a common sense approach to the assessment of risk and a “walk through walls” dedication to achieving clients’ goals. Herrick Feinstein advises clients regarding cutting-edge issues such as the impact of second-lien financings, deepening insolvency, re-characterization of debt to equity, and the bankruptcy implications of proposed transactions including mergers and acquisitions, securitizations and other financings.
